Car Rental: The rental car companies listed below have counters in each terminal. Avis, Budget, Dollar, and National have on-airport facilities. Car return areas for on-site agencies are located along East Perimeter and Service Roads and can be reached from the main entrance or via Perimeter Road off of Griffin Road. Upon entering the terminal area, follow the signs to your rental car company. All companies provide shuttle service to and from the terminals.
Business Service and Currency Center: ATM's located in each Concourse. Phone cards, travel insurance, US postage stamps, US postal mail drop, FEDEX drop, and fax machines. Main office in Terminal 2. Currency exchange in Terminal 2 between the hours of 8:00 a.m and 8:00 p.m. and in the Customs area, lower level Terminal 4, during international inbound flights. Other services available in Tereminal 2 are photo copies and money wires.
Taxi/Yellow Cab: Available on demand. Check in at the Transportation Podium located lower level, curbside of each terminal. Rate comparison charts are posted at each podium or click on Typical Rates for the information. Taxicabs accept up to 5 persons for fare stated on meters (taxi fares regulated by law in this county). Share Ride / Florida Airport Express : Passenger sedans provide door-to-door service and usually at cheaper rates than a taxi. Check in at the Transportation Podium located lower level, curbside of each terminal. Mass Transit (Broward County Transit (Bct)) - Tri Rail : Bus shelters are located at the east end of Terminal 2, between terminals 3 and 4, and the east end of Terminal 4. Tri Rail feeder buses and Bct Mass Transit both operate daily schedules. Call for information or visit their web sites.
Baggage Storage: Lockers are available for temporary baggage storage and are located on each concourse in the airport.
Duty Free: For passengers traveling on international flights, there are two Duty Free shops located at the airport and can be found in Terminals 2 and 4. The Duty Free shops offer a fine selection of jewelry, perfume, photographic equipment and fine art.
Gift Shops and New Stands: There are Gift Shops and News Stands located in each terminal and concourse and offer a wide variety of novelty and speciality items. On your way to your departure gate, drop in and pick up a souvenir like a Florida Marlins baseball cap or a pair of beautiful earrings crafted by the Florida Seminole Indian Tribe.
Restaurants and Snack Shops: The airport offers a wide variety of food and snacks. There are 20 locations located throughout the airport and serve everything from soup to nuts.
Shoe Shine: Meeting the new boss or client? Don't forget to get your shoes shined at the Old Fashion Shoe Shine stand located in Terminals 2 and 3.
Smarte Carte Baggage Carts: Baggage carts are located upper and lower level, all terminals and garage complex. For your convenience, the Smarte Carte locations accept major credit cards.
